Winning entry: “Life is a Gift”

In a two-minute video set to music, eighth grader Dillon Stevenson, a parishioner of Our Lady of Good Counsel Parish in Plymouth, compares abortion to how animals are euthanized, posing the question of whether our society places more value on the life of a puppy than on the life of a child. He also touches on the risks posed to women who chose abortion, including suicidal thoughts and a greater chance of breast cancer.
